Children have lots of fun at the labyrinth.
It is also used as a peaceful place for contemplation when walking the unicursal winding path.
A large turf labyrinth is located at the edge of woodland which attracts nightingales every year. Labyrinths have just one path (unlike a maze!) and have been found across the world dating from the earliest antiquity.
