HOW TO BOOK

Bookings are open to everyone (not just Secret Meadows guests!) between April and October on specified dates and additional days, subject to availability.

Please contact us to enquire about dates and check availability or book specified dates through Eventbrite (see below).

Each Goat Walk includes up to two groups/tickets (each group/ticket includes up to 6 participants).

Cost: 

£85 per ticket plus eventbrite fees (for up to 6 people with up to 3 goats).  

Discount available if booking 2 tickets for same date (goat walk for up to 12 people). 

Goat Friends Discount:

£5 off for returning goat walkers (using a Goat Friend voucher code)

Duration:

1.5 hours (including time before and after the walk to spend with your goat).

Age guidance: This activity is not suitable for children under 3 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult during the activity and children aged 3-9 need to share their goat with at least one accompanying adult.

Goat size: The goats are now fully grown at approx. 85 cm at the shoulders (bigger than shown in the photos!).

Please make sure you are wearing suitable shoes which are not open-toed and we recommend that long hair is tied back (as goats love to nibble!).  We recommend you pack waterproofs (just in case!) and a drink (especially in hot weather).

The goat walking activity goes ahead in all weathers. If there are adverse weather conditions, you have the option to spend time with your goat in our animal barn where you can brush him and feed him plus take him on a shorter walk if you want to. Rarely, a goat may not be in the mood for the full walk, and if this happens, and an alternative goat is not available, the above options also apply. We’re sure you’ll enjoy interacting with these friendly, curious creatures whatever the weather!
